Special designed for split solar hot water system. Connect in series to provide large hot water for commercial, buildings, hotels, hospitals, swimming pool etc. One or several glass tube broken will not influence system work. High efficiency, low maintenance, convenient replacement.

Parameters:
1) Thermal capacity:
The temperature of condesation top is higher than 62.5 degree centigrade under a test in 70 degree centigrade, 600mm depth water. Heat conduction power higher than 10W
2) Attenuation
Attenuation rate of heat efficiency will be lower after 10% during normal use for 5years.
3) Conduction medium is mineral and harmless.
4) Promise 5 years of guarantee.

How it works:
1) The operation of the SPA solar collector is very simple
2) Solar absorption: Solar radiation is absorbed by the solar tubes And converted into heat
2) Solar heat transfer: Heat pipes conduct the heat from within the solar
Tube up to the header pipe
3) Solar energy storage: Water is circulated through the header, via Intermittent pump cycling. Each time the water circulates through the Header, the temperatures is raised by 5-10oC / 9-18oF. Throughout the day, the water in the storage Tank is gradually heated

Vacuum tubes are the heart of solar water heater, our vacuum tube uses the borosilicate glass which has magnetron sputtering aluminum nitride absorbing coat.

Insulating layer was polyurethane foamed, Bracket made of premium cold roll with plastic spray or stainless steel. Fastening pieces was made of stainless steel screw.
